GC Event Hire is Toowoomba based and family owned, employing 25+ full time and seasonal staff. Having worked in the Toowoomba and South East QLD region for over 30 years we are familiar with the region, it’s venues and weather conditions.
From small events and weddings to corporate galas and large outdoor celebrations such as The Carnival of Flowers and Easter Fest – we have worked on them all! We value safety and compliance
GCEH structures are engineered and installed to meet the Building Codes of Australia and conform to all regulations including wind speed and fire requirements for PVC fabrics.
Under state government legislation, all structures over 100m2 must have Queensland certified engineering. All our RP and F Series structures have full engineering and our logistics team is fully versed in onsite safety and compliance.

We have a great diversity of product from basic party hire equipment to larger scale catering equipment and cold rooms to marquees and temporary structures.
