GC Event Hire adopted a multifaceted logistics role for the Prime Minister’s Awards in 2005. Deliverables included consultation and lodgement of Local Government Permits and Fees, assistance with site planning and layout, primary venue construction with marquee hire totalling over 1000 metres squared and logistics control of unloading within the City precinct and protection of park facilities during bump in and out.
This site was particularly challenging due to its public and central location, underground car park access and tight set up and pull down schedule – but GC Event Hire did not disappoint!
